During the weekends, The Fiance and I walk Bella for a long-ish distance (considering her little legs). Well, Sunday it was cold and looked like it was about to rain. We decided to walk her anyway. I took advantage of the weather to try out a new look. I got this really cute gray wool hat about a month and a half ago at my favorite consignment shop, but I hadn’t figured out how to wear it. So I tried it on with my long turquoise cardigan and went to walk Bella. I thought it looked super cute and is a look I would like to try again somehow. The question of course with hats is whether to wear them when inside or just strictly outside/traveling to my destination. Any thoughts on wearing or incorporating hats into outfits?
The Details:
Turquoise Cardigan: Target
Black Tank: Old Navy
Gray hat: Consignment shop
Jeans: Old Navy
Flats: Puma

I like! I used to wear hats a lot, but I stopped almost entirely when I cut my hair short a couple of years ago. I think I should start wearing them more again. I bet this hat would look very cute with that dress you got on clearance at Target a week or so ago.
You mean the green dress? I might try it. But how do you work a hat and being indoors all day?
I don't think wearing a hat (especially of this type) inside is any different really than wearing a cardigan or layers in a heated room in winter, ya know what I mean. The trick is to make it go with the outfit just like any other accessory.
I guess that makes sense, but for whatever reason, it feels like hats should be different. I'll try it and see how it works :)
